Scheduled MLS Downtime - Wed., Nov. 4th - Late Night to Early morning

The Tempo MLS system will be completely offline and unreachable beginning late in the evening on Wednesday, November 4th through the early morning hours of Thursday, November 5th.  This downtime will facilitate a hardware move to a more robust and secure facility in in California.

Tempo 5 Connection Issues Resolved 11/26/08

The issue with the router that was preventing the Tempo 5 system from being reached has been corrected. The problem was not with the Tempo system, CBR or the MarketLinx hardware. The issue was with a router that handled most of the Internet traffic to the hosting facilities where the CBR hardware is hosted. We apologize for any problems the system outage may have caused you.

Tempo 5 - MarketLinx DNS Issues 11/26/08

MarketLinx is currently experiencing some DNS issues at their hosting facilities. This is causing problems connecting to the Tempo 5 system. This is affecting a number of Boards and MarketLinx is working to get the matter resolved quickly. At this time they do not have an estimated time when the problem will be resolved.  We apologize for any problems this may cause you.

Tempo Maintenance Downtime - 10/24/08 10:30PM EST

Marketlinx will be performing server maintenance beginning at approximately 10:30PM EST 10/24/2008 to apply necessary, regular security patches to the Tempo servers. Our vendor expects the downtime to be a matter of only several minutes.

CBR Tempo Down 07/30/08 12:00

The Tempo system is currently experiencing problems. MarketLinx is aware of the problem and working to resolve the issues.

Problems Accessing Tempo

If you are currently experiencing issues accessing Tempo, we have received information that one of the major Internet upstream providers is currently having network issues. This upstream provider is one of many that make up the backbone of the Internet.

 Please note that the Tempo server is up and accessible, but for reasons due to Internet backbone issues, you may be affected where the connection is not possible.

If you are in this situation where you are receiving a “Page cannot be displayed” or otherwise receiving search results instead of the Tempo login page, please contact your Internet provider to make them aware of the situation.

MLS Downtime - Friday May 9th-10th

MLS Downtime - Friday, May 9, 2008 11pm - Midnight

Tempo will be down Friday evening for scheduled maintenance.  This downtime is necessary to correct some errors on Tempo.  The CBRMLS Tempo system will be completely offline and unreachable between the hours of 11pm and Midnight.

Tempo unreachable - 11pm
Full MLS functionality restored - 12am (midnight)

Realtor.com Update

The issue that was preventing the CBR listing and photo data from being sent to Realtor.com has been corrected. The data is now being sent successfully. At this time all of the missing data should be caught up. If you find any instances where this is not the case please contact CBR Technical Support.

We have been informed Realtor.com is currently having an issue receiving updates. This includes price changes, new listings, photos, etc. They are currently working on the issue and we will post information once we have received information that this issue has been resolved.

Outstanding Tempo Issues and Recently Resolved Issues since Conversion

Please note some  issues have been previously discovered and resolved. This list only reflects recent items.

Resolved/Added Items:

  • Added SqFt Tax Record to CMA report, CMA buyer report, and CMA Wizard field list.
    (This is done for Residential listings, all other categories should be completed next week)

  • Sold Non MLS listings can now be entered as normal (Broker/Office level access only)

  • Realtor.com should be getting all updating listings at this time.

  • Image count number should now match number of photos of listing.

  • Isolated History transactions that were not appearing should be appearing now

  • Photo comments that were out of sync with their according photos should be syncing correctly now

Working to Resolve:

  • Days on Market field irregularities due to Archive data problems

  • Archive data incomplete or incorrect for some listings

  • Prospects set to auto-notify but email not sent from Tempo

  • Buyer Full Report will be set as default report on Client Gateway

  • Head broker offices cannot modify listings for all associated offices

  • SqFt Tax Source field not autopopulated with “Realist” on new listing

  • Attachments cannot be viewed on many listings

  • Expired date search will not return listings if other statuses are entered. 
    (Expired listings must be searched separate from Active, Sold, etc.)

  • Erroneous punctuation after last email address when sending an email causes error (e.g. some@one.com;some@two.com; will not work because of the last semicolon)

  • CMA report statistics box shows at the bottom of each page. Will suppress to only show at the end and display totals for ALL properties.

  • Photo instructions field (print shop requests) does not show all available options.

  • Isolated incidents of errors when attempting to open listing attachments

  • Searching expired listings will return no or limited results in certain cases

  • Auto-population by Tax ID has limited working capability. Please use auto-population by address for the time being.


Additions To Be Added

  • Add Invisible Fence as selectable criteria on the Residential Amenity field.

  • Client Gateway will default to Buyer Full Report rather than Buyer Short Report

  • Raise contact limit for farming searches to 100

  • Add Sq Ft Tax Record to all Quick CMA reports

  • Area Association link to be added to My Sidebar
     

Noteworthy Items

  • History currently shows “History Report” as the default report. For a more detailed history report, select “New History Report” from the upper left corner select box when in a particular listing history.

  • Automatic searches switched to auto-notification on are turned to off overnight. This is caused when your search returns more than 500 results. If your search returns less than 500 results, simply resaving the search as-is may resolve the issue.

Please be aware that there are currently problems with the REALTOR.COM update process to the CBR portion of their site.  They are aware of this problem and are working to resolve it.  We will update this page with information about the resolution as soon as possible.

The process that was intended to address the problems with the Client Listing Site not being fully populated with the previously existing data and with some  searches being broken because of missing data is taking longer than previously expected. Earlier estimates had put this at first noon and then 5 pm. The current estimated completion time now looks to be closer to 9 pm. At this time the MLS staff, based on the information provided by MarketLinx, expects the process to complete this evening and for auto-notification to occur in the early part of the morning on Friday. As information on this becomes available we will update this screen.

This repair is immediately necessary.  Normal repair and maintenance is performed after hours.  Due to the immediate importance of this repair, we must take the system offline so close to normal business hours.  We will bring all systems back online as quickly as possible.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

1:30pm - full MLS functionality restored.

This repair is immediately necessary.  Normal repair and maintenance is performed after hours.  Due to the immediate importance of this repair, we must take the system offline during normal business hours.  We will bring all systems back online as quickly as possible.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Scheduled System Downtime 1/31/2007 - 2/1/2007

There will be system downtime this evening starting at 11:45 pm and running until 6:00 am. This will be for hardware maintenance and replacement. This is being done overnight to limit any inconvenience this may cause and we fully expect the system to be restored no later than 6 am. This may cause a delay the Prospect functions that run each morning but these functions will be run once the system is restored.

1/12/07 Tempo Server Temporary Outage Friday

The CBR MLS Tempo system was unreachable for approximately 2 hours Friday night.  One of the web servers was having problems.  The server was brought back online at approximately 8:30pm Friday night.

The MLS serve is unreachable. You will receive a “Server Error” message when attempting to reach the MLS system. We are currently working to restore full Tempo functionality. We will post a message here when full functionality is restored.

Tempo Server Issues

One of the Tempo servers is not responding.  Steps have been taken to restore this server.  The other 2 servers are functional, so please try to login again, after closing your browser windows in hopes to be routed to a functional server.  full functionality should be restore to all servers imminently.

CBR Tempo System Down 11/22/2006

The CBR Tempo system is currently down. An update to the mapping functionality was installed last night. This upgrade was not supposed to have any downtime connected with it. The problem has been reported and we hope to have the matter corrected shortly.
