Tempo Mapping - Check Your listing for Mapping Accuracy
When adding new listings or making changes to existing listings, Tempo will prompt to verify the map location for your listing. When this screen appears, please take the opportunity to verify that the map location is correct for your listing. If it is not, this window is meant to give you the opportunity to correct the map location of the property.
To correct or double check the map location of your property: first open up your listing in Listing Maintenance. Then click the “Map” button at the bottom. The red dot indicates the current map location. Left click on the correct map location, and click Ok in the upper left corner of the screen.
Additionally, when entering a listing to ensure best automatic mapping accuracy, make sure you have correctly filled out Street Number, Street Name, Street Direction, City, and Zip Code. Of these, ensure Street Direction is set (especially if the road has 2 direction designations). Also ensure the city you are entering is the mailing address city.
