TEMPO 5 UPDATE (3/29/2008): Client Listing Sites & Prospects

1) Client Listing Sites, Prospects, and Auto-Notification Status Update
At this time the issues with the Client Listing Site and Prospect auto-notification are corrected. If you encounter a situation where this does not seem to be the case please let the MLS staff know as soon as possible so we can try and identify the cause of the isolated problem and get it corrected.

2) Listing Photos Status Update
Photos have been uploaded to the new system. If your listing still has no photos and did on the old Tempo version, please email us the MLS number of the listing to our technical support email address of techsupport@columbusrealtors.com

3) Searches Returning No Results
Under the new Tempo 5 system searches that were migrated from the Tempo 3 system may not return results. This is most often caused by one of the search criteria being one where the field is searching with a partial word. The new system defaults to equals on all fields. If you have search that is failing please make sure these fields are set to “Contains”. If you find search problems that you can not find a cause for please let the MLS staff know. Please be sure to include the name of the search that is failing.

4) Tempo Wireless Problems
There is a problem with the way that Tempo Wireless performs searches against the new Tempo servers. If you have a search checking against a field please make sure it is using the full name or word you are searching for as opposed to partial word searches. We hope that this problem is corrected in the next few days.
