You can even access your own active listings and your office listings with a single click and get instant market updates for your area of business!
All this and more is now available on your mobile device (smartphones and tablets made in the past 2-3 years roughly). There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for the service. It’s included in your annual MLS fees and there is nothing to download! A “data” plan with your wireless carrier is normally required for mobile internet access.

Options in 2014 and beyond
Your MLS will be transitioning to a new software company and system in 2014. This new system will bring full MLS access to smartphones and tablets. One interface, multiple device access. The same system you use on your PC or Mac, you will be able to use on your smartphone and tablet. In addition to full MLS access on smartphones/tablets, an additional “mobile optimized” version of the MLS will be offered for search only purposes.
