Setup Instructions for Internet Explorer and CBR Tempo
In order for Tempo to work properly, there are some Internet Explorer addons (called Active X controls) and settings that need entered into Internet Explorer. Instructions are linked below in the following document:

If you choose not to perform the instructions, various issues may occur, including, but not limited to:
– Information cutting off and margin issues when printing
– Drop down menus not functional within the New Prospect Wizard
– Issues printing any Full CMAs (Quick CMA not affected)
– In some cases, show-stopper errors not letting you perform basic functions
