Columbus and Lancaster MLS’ Reach Agreement
The Columbus & Central Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) has acquired and agreed to merge with the Lancaster Multiple Listing Service (MLS), effective immediately.
The merger brings the Lancaster MLS under the Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS umbrella. The Lancaster Board of Realtors will continue to exist and serve its members as a local association.

Entry of listings in the following counties is now mandatory for all Columbus and Central Ohio Regional MLS members:

- Fayette
- Franklin
- Madison
- Marion
- Morrow
- Licking
- Pickaway
- Union
- Fairfield *New*

- Perry *New*
