Help Keep Your MLS Database Accurate REMINDER…Please help us keep your MLS database as accurate as possible: Remember, MLS will immediately correct the following required data fields: (1) Street Number (2) Street Name (3) City (mailing address) (4) Zip Code (5) School District (6) Corp Limit (7) County (8) Taxing District (9) Parcel Number but you will also receive either a warning or violation notice. When this occurs, no further action is required by you unless you wish to appeal the violation. There is a link in the violation notice regarding the appeal process. However, if you receive a MLS Policy Violation notice that instructs you to make a correction, change a listing status, etc., please note that you will have 24 hours to respond to MLS or correct the violation identified in the warning issued. Any delay in your response or action requested beyond the 24 hour allowable time would subject you to having the next level of assessment applied to that violation. For more information, please see Section 2.03.01 of the MLS Policy Violation and Data Maintenance Fee Manual.

LCBR MLS History Search Licking County Board of REALTORS® members can search for listing history from their previous Paragon MLS. Licking County’s Paragon MLS logins will no longer function, but MLS staff at CBR has created a searchable MLS database which can be used for historical searches of listings that were listed previously on the Paragon MLS in Licking County. Use this link to access this LCBR MLS history search: http://www.lickingmls.com/index.php?action=LCBRLogin PLEASE NOTE: There will be no listings added to Paragon or this LCBR history database for Licking County after March 31, 2011. There are some changes coming your way regarding educational course offerings with the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. In answer to the responses from the member survey in 2010, CBR is giving added benefits to the members.
1) For 2011, All of the required courses (Core Law, Civil Rights, Ethics) are “Free” to members.
2) CBR is offering an education pass, called “EduCard Plus +”. The yearly pass will be $99 and is good for unlimited number of CBR continuing education classes for one year.
