Columbus REALTORS Offices Closed Due to Power Outage – Staff Working Remotely – Tuesday, August 25
Due to a power outage, the Columbus REALTORS® headquarters at 2700 Airport Dr., Columbus, OH 43219 will be closed today, Tuesday, August 25.
Any meetings scheduled for today will either be rescheduled or moved to Zoom. If you are scheduled to attend a meeting, please watch for an email from your staff liaison or committee chair with additional information.
Member Support will remain available by phone (614-475-4000) and email (support@columbusrealtors.com) as usual between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Columbus REALTORS® Office Closures – August 18 & 20
Please note the following Columbus REALTORS® office closures this week:
Tuesday, August 18: The Columbus REALTORS® office will be closed for the Central Ohio Real Estate Summit at Hilton Columbus at Easton, giving staff an opportunity to participate in professional development alongside members and industry leaders. Technical support will remain available by phone and email throughout the day.
Thursday, August 20: The office will close at 11 a.m. for Employee Appreciation Day for Columbus REALTORS® staff. This time gives our staff an opportunity to step away from the office, strengthen connections and spend time together as a team. Technical support will also close at that time.
The office and technical support will reopen on Friday, August 21 at 8:30 a.m.

What is a No Showings Allowed Period?
Coming Soon
Showings are not permitted while the listing is in Coming Soon status.
At the direction of the seller, Coming Soon may be changed to Active before the Active on MLS Date by hitting the End Coming Soon under Status in Edit Listing.
Curb offers may be accepted in a Coming Soon Status.
IMPORTANT: Even if a curb offer is accepted, the listing must be changed from Coming Soon to Active status prior to showing.
Temp Off Market
Showings are not permitted while the listing is in Temp Off Market (Withdrawn) status.
The listing status must be changed to Active before showings may occur.
IMPORTANT: Even if a potential buyer has previously seen the property and would like to see it again, it must be changed to Active status before any showing occurs.
Are there any exceptions?
No.
Showings are prohibited during this period.
The listing status must be changed to Active prior to ANY kind of “showing”.
IMPORTANT: This includes open houses, home tours, area associations, “private events”, neighbors, etc.
Is there a penalty if a showing occurs?
Yes.
Violations of the No Showings Allowed Period will incur a $1,000 monetary penalty.
IMPORTANT: The fine is assessed to BOTH the Listing and Buyer’s agents for any showing.

The new “Showing Service Name” field now allows the listing agent to select which showing service will be used for each new listing they enter into the MLS. Existing listings have automatically defaulted to the previously assigned showing service. It’s still a good idea to verify that those listing have the correct showing service selected in the new field.
All users should claim their Supra One log-in even if they are not a listing agent or do not plan to Supra One/Broker Bay. A Supra One account is necessary to schedule showings for listings that use BrokerBay.
Notable changes for showing service selection: – New mandatory field “Showing Service Name” appears on the Add/Edit screen in the Showing Considerations section. The field has these selections: – BrokerBay – ShowingTime – Other – None
When BrokerBay or ShowingTime is selected in the Showing Service Name field by the listing agent: – Listings will display a button for that service in the dropdown menu beside the MLS #. – Clicking that button will go directly to that showing service’s scheduling page.
A BrokerBay or ShowingTime button also appears at the top of the Detail tab. – The old Showing Request button on that dropdown menu will be removed as it has been replaced with the new buttons.
The Showing Phone # field is still available for entering the telephone number of any showing service the agent chooses. The Showing Service selected will appear on the Reports and web display in the Showing Consideration field.

Columbus REALTORS® will be closed on Friday, June 19 in observation of Juneteenth We will resume normal operating hours (8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.) on Monday, June 22.
Realist has reported that service was restored for Realist around 7pm 4/1/2026
“Realist service has been restored and is currently fully available. Our technical teams are monitoring the systems closely to ensure continued stability.
To prevent future connection issues, we will be applying additional fixes during an overnight maintenance window tonight.”
Realist is currently experiencing an interruption impacting our MLS Load Tax Record and Realist Tax search. At this time Tax Information will need to be added to listings manually. Please see message from Realist below.

Flexmls and Member Portal Maintenance – March 28 – 9pm
There will be scheduled maintenance that will impact your access to the Member Portal and FlexMLS beginning at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, and continuing until 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 29
During this scheduled maintenance, all tools and services involving the member portal will be unavailable.
