As of April 23, 2024 – 10am: Supra is currently experiencing an interruption in service to lockboxes. Columbus REALTORS has informed Supra of the service interruption, and their team is working to remedy the issue. New Lockbox and Key Box Rules New Lockbox and Key Box Rules Key Box Violations are UP, and the Board of Directors has increased fines to meet NAR recommendations. VERY IMPORTANT: AGENT/SELLER-OWNED COMBINATION LOCKBOXES and ELECTRONIC LOCKS are now also governed by these rules! And Brokers/Designated REALTORS® are responsible to educate agents and employees under their supervision. Remember: never leave customers unattended in a listing, and replace keys in their boxes before you leave – never hand keys off to another agent! Take care to show only with authorization and only at the agreed upon showing time! Sellers are our number 1 priority – without them, there is no business of real estate! Let’s keep them safe and secure, follow their showing requirements, and earn their trust every day!

You can sell your lockbox You can sell your lockbox With the temporary closure of Columbus REALTORS® offices, we are aware that many members are struggling to acquire Supra lockboxes for their listings. While the association will not be facilitating the sale or purchase of used lockboxes, we wanted to remind you that you can always sell lockboxes you are not using to other members of Columbus REALTORS®. Supra eKey system update and icon/layout change The Supra eKey system is currently undergoing an automatic update that will change the icon and layout of the application on your phone. There is no change to its operation or functionality and serves as a purely cosmetic alteration. In a few select instances, certain members may find that their phones require new authorization codes. This is rare and easily fixed by contacting Samuel Brody-Boyd, Columbus COLUMBUS REALTORS® Keybox Administrator at (614) 475-4000 ext. 282. Resolved: Supra eKey Ongoing Issues – 8:45am Update Final Update – 8:45am – 6/24/16 – Columbus REALTORS® Member Service Center reports that Supra functions and updates are now operational. Previous message: Currently Supra is having a problem with the automatic updates for the keys. You may be able to get an update code from Kim voice at 1-888-968-4032 or on SupraWEB. However, we have received reports of extended delays and update failures using these methods. When Supra comes back online fully, these options should allow for updates.
