Flexmls System Degradation – Web and Mobile Affected – RESOLVED As of 4:25PM EST, FBS reports: A fix has been implemented and we’re monitoring to ensure the system remains stable. Originally posted Dec. 12: As of 3:27PM EST, our MLS vendor is reporting system degradation on flemls web and mobile. FBS, the maker of Flexmls, is currently aware of connection and functionality issues with Flexmls Web, Flexmls Pro, and consumer apps. They are currently working towards a resolution but have not yet provided a timeframe for full restoration of service. Please continue to check here on the MLS Message Board regarding any updates.

Power Outage: Columbus Realtors As of 12:00PM EST, 10/28/21, The Columbus Realtors main office is experiencing an electrical power outage. Services hosted by vendors such as the MLS and Supra are not affected, but the office will not be able to respond to calls/emails until the power is restored. AEP has yet to provide an ETA for restoration. We thank you for your patience and we will respond to all voicemail/emails ASAP upon power restoration.

FBS, the vendor of Flexmls, is currently aware of issues with Flexmls Web, Flexmls Pro, and consumer apps. As such, this has been reported to the vendor and they are working towards a resolution.
