CBR converting to new iBox BT Week of April 15, 2013 The exchange will be a one-for-one exchange as long as the lockboxes have been registered to you. The lockboxes that are eligible to be exchanged are those that have been purchased from the Board office or were exchanged at the lockbox conversion in 2007. If you have purchased lockboxes from agents that have left the business you must fill out an equipment transfer form. The form must be completed by the original owner of the lockboxes by 1/11/13. To verify your lockbox serial number, email Tammy Foor or call (614) 475-4000 ex.282. Exact time and location for the exchange TBA.
