Resolved: Supra eKey Ongoing Issues – 8:45am Update

Final Update – 8:45am – 6/24/16 – Columbus REALTORS® Member Service Center reports that Supra functions and updates are now operational.

The Columbus REALTORS® Member Service Center reports:

Currently Supra is having a problem with the automatic updates for the keys. You may be able to get an update code from Kim voice at 1-888-968-4032 or on SupraWEB.  However, we have received reports of extended delays and update failures using these methods.

When Supra comes back online fully, these options should allow for updates.

Update: Supra and iOS 9 for iPhone – Update Your eKey App for Compatibility

UPDATE:

Supra has officially updated the eKey app to version 2.2.1 in the iTunes App Store.  The new version (2.2.1) offers iOS 9 compatibility with iBox BT LE keyboxes.  All iPhone users who update to iOS 9 MUST also update the eKey App to version 2.2.1 which was just released today, September 17, 2015.  Versions of the iOS eKey prior to 2.2.1 WILL NOT WORK with current keyboxes.

For supported Apple devices, be on the look out for iOS 9 being made available today. Information regarding the upgrade can be found on the attached link: http://www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/

For our Columbus REALTOR® members who are using an Supra eKey, our keybox office has received the following notice regarding the Supra eKey devices:

“Please share this information with your members who use an eKEY with an Apple product.

Apple is releasing a new operating system, iOS 9, on 9/16/15 for iPhones and iPads. The current version of Supra’s eKEY app, version 2.1.0, will not communicate with an iBox BT LE keybox. Instead of doing so, the eKEY will return to the home screen. This issue is specific to the iBox BTLE; the eKEY app on iOS 9 communicates properly with the iBox BT and iBox.

Supra has updated the eKEY app to work with iOS 9 and are working with Apple to get it placed on the Apple app store as quickly as possible. Please do not update your iPhone or iPad to iOS 9 until you have updated the eKEY app to version 2.2.1. Supra will notify you when the revised eKEY app is available.

Supra: No Key Updates After 3pm Tuesday – System Update

Supra will be making some updates to the system starting at 3:00pm, Tuesday, Sept. 16th.  Please make sure your eKey or DisplayKey is updated prior to this time, as you will not be able to update your keys while Supra is making these changes to the system.

If your KEY has been updated prior to 3:00 pm Eastern time on Tuesday, September 16th, it will continue to work and open KeyBoxes while the system update is taking place.

You must synchronize your Key after the system update has completed.

Supra Automatic Updates Not Working as of 8/21/2014 Early Morning – RESOLVED

UPDATE: 11:19am 8/21/14 – Everything is back up and running.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: At this time the Automatic updates for the Supra systems is down. You can receive an update code through Kim Voice at 1-888-968-4032.

Supra Functionality Restored – Manual Sync Required

eKey users can now perform a manual sync to update their key.  Full Supra server functionality has been restored at this time.

An overnight server issue caused the automatic sync to fail.  The issue has now been resolved and should function normally going forward.

Supra Update Server is Down

Supra key servers were down last night. Keys did not update.  Supra is currently working to resolve the problem.

Display Key users:  you can contact KIM Voice to obtain an update at (888) 968-4032.

Smartphone eKey users:  you cannot use the KIM system to update your phone.  Smartphones cannot be updated until server functionality is restored.

We will post the update on the MLS Welcome Screen when Supra server is back up.

iBox Exchange: Last Call to Save $112

Friday, May 31 is the final day to avoid the $112 replacement cost for key boxes exchanged after the deadline. 

If you have not participated in the mandatory, one-for-one key box exchange that began April 15, 2013, you are out of time.  It’s imperative that you complete the exchange process by May 31, 2013 in order to take advantage of the free one-for-one key box exchange.

Exchanges after the May 31st deadline will cost $112.09 (including tax) per box.

Keybox Exchange: Last Chance Without Appt.

If you didn’t get to the Makoy Center to exchange your iBoxes for  new iBox BTs, you still have another chance.  Through Friday, May 3, you can still exchange at the CBR offices without an appointment.  Starting Monday, May 6, all keybox appointments will require pre-scheduled reservation.

LAST DAY for no-appointment-keybox-exchange:  May 3, 2013
