Holiday: Thanksgiving Schedule Nov. 26-28 Holiday Schedule: In observance of Thanksgiving the Columbus REALTORS® Association headquarters will be closed from Wednesday, Nov. 26 – Friday, Nov. 28. November 26: Limited on-call assistance from the Membership Experience team and MLS Staff for emergency situations will be available during regular business hours on November 26. The Columbus REALTORS® association headquarters will be closed on Thursday and Friday. The association will open for normal business hours on Monday, December 1st at 8:30am. Columbus REALTORS® Website Issues Attention Columbus REALTORS® members: Cloudflare, one of the largest providers of internet services for websites, is experiencing a large-scale outage this morning (Tuesday, Nov. 18). This outage is currently impacting columbusrealtors.com. Columbus REALTORS® members and Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS subscribers can still access their member portal and FlexMLS by going to https://portal.columbusrealtors.com. Please follow the Columbus REALTORS® Facebook page or the member portal for updates.

MLS is RESO 2.0 Certified We are pleased to announce that the Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS has achieved certification from the Real Estate Standards Organization, designating our MLS as RESO 2.0 compliant. As a reminder, several MLS field names were updated in March to align with current RESO standards. Why is it vital to comply with RESO? Standardized listing data ensures that all parties communicate effectively across various MLSs, broker websites, and consumer portals. RESOLVED: columbusrealtors.com Website Inaccessible Update as of 12:30pm: We were notified that the issue was resolved at approximately 12:30pm. The columbusrealtors.com website should now be functioning normally. We have received reports that some members are having difficulty accessing the Columbusrealtors.com main website. The MLS does not seem to be affected at this time. Our website provider, Accrisoft, has been made aware and is working to resolve the issue.
