Update: Power Restored – Columbus Realtors Power was restored Thursday morning at 10:45am. Telephones and email should be working normally now. Previous message: =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- MLS IS NOT AFFECTED. All MLS and eKey functions are hosted by our vendors and should not be affected by this outage. Columbus Realtors’ headquarters is experiencing complete power outage. This is part of a much larger outage in East Columbus. AEP has estimated the outage may last until 12:30pm. All electrical systems including telephones, internet and email are not currently available. Staff cannot receive or return calls or email until power is restored.

Flexmls Service Degradation, System Slowness – Resolved The hosting team with FBS (our mls vendor) is looking into the issue with system slowness and it’s pointed directly to a service provider (Telia) issue between Chicago and Omaha. As such, FBS is continuing to monitor the issue, but as of now, it appears that it is related to a connectivity issue between servers. We will provide updates as they are received.

Franklin County Auditor’s office conducting server maintenance this weekend The Auditor’s office is due to perform essential server maintenance in coordination with the County Data Center starting today, Friday, Oct. 2, at 7:30p and ending tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 3 by 3:30a. This will impact the Auditor website functions.
