The Supra eKey system is currently undergoing an automatic update that will change the icon and layout of the application on your phone. There is no change to its operation or functionality and serves as a purely cosmetic alteration.

In a few select instances, certain members may find that their phones require new authorization codes. This is rare and easily fixed by contacting Samuel Brody-Boyd, Columbus COLUMBUS REALTORS® Keybox Administrator at (614) 475-4000 ext. 282.

If you cannot reach Samuel, call the Supra tech support line at (877) 699-6787.

Thank you for your patience during this process!
