CBR converting to new iBox BT Week of April 15, 2013 The exchange will be a one-for-one exchange as long as the lockboxes have been registered to you. The lockboxes that are eligible to be exchanged are those that have been purchased from the Board office or were exchanged at the lockbox conversion in 2007. If you have purchased lockboxes from agents that have left the business you must fill out an equipment transfer form. The form must be completed by the original owner of the lockboxes by 1/11/13. To verify your lockbox serial number, email Tammy Foor or call (614) 475-4000 ex.282. Exact time and location for the exchange TBA.

CBR office impaired/slow Internet and phones Please be aware that CBR is currently experiencing an Internet connection slowness issue. Possible items affected: paying dues online, emails sent to CBR will be delayed, and phone calls made to CBR may or may not go through. All MLS software including but not limited to: Tempo, Fusion, Realist, and Kurio are not affected. These systems are hosted outside of Columbus, so they are not affected by the CBR internet slowness. Once CBR’s internet service provider resolves the issue, this post will then be removed from the welcome screen. Update: As of 10:45am 12/10, our Internet service health has been restored.
