Joint Industry Task Force Tuesday, January 27, 2026 Postponed The Joint Industry Forecast, scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, has been postponed due to heavy snowfall and unsafe road conditions across central Ohio. We are working with our venue, Villa Milano, and our featured guests, Dr. Ted Jones and One Columbus, to confirm a new date in the coming weeks. We will share the rescheduled date as soon as it is finalized. Ticket purchasers will receive an update by email. Thank you for your understanding, and please be safe if you need to travel.

CMA Issues in Flex – Selected Listings When creating a CMA from a search, using “Selected” results, CMA will not allow you to progress and complete the report. FBS has been notified and are currently working to correct the issue. Two temporary workarounds:
 Realist and RPR also offer CMA tools as an alternative to the Flexmls CMA.
