These webinars DO NOT OFFER continuing education credit.
Reminder: All members will have access Monday, January 13, 2014 to Flex. It is highly recommended that you begin manually re-creating your saved searches in Flex as soon as possible.

Conversion Timeline – Important Dates: 13, 20, 31, 3
Very important dates regarding the MLS Conversion to FlexMLS over the coming days:
January 13 – All MLS Users Get Access to Flex – Start Recreating Saved Searches – 10am
- Members should begin manually re-creating their Saved Searches in Flex now. Video Tutorial and PDF instructions available.
- Members can search for listings on a VERY LIMITED LISTING DATABASE. Majority of listings will not yet be available!
- Members should verify their contacts have transferred from Tempo/Fusion into Flex.
- Users log in with their temporary password, and are prompted to reset their password on first login
- Members can begin setting up contacts and auto-email, but no emails will be sent until go-live
January 20 – Parallel Mode – Tempo/Fusion Master System
- System goes into parallel mode
- Listings are updated regularly
- Full set of listings available
- Members will continue to log in with the username and password they created (no passwords will be overwritten if they have been set by the user)
- All Add/Edit is in Tempo or Fusion only. Flex will not have Add/Edit until February 3.
- Members should continue to do daily searches and email for clients from Tempo/Fusion.
January 31 – NO ADD/EDIT ON EITHER SYSTEM – 4am
- No listing add or modification will occur again until February 3, 2014 at FlexMLS go-live.
- Add/Edit will be turned off in ALL systems (Tempo/Fusion and Flex)
- Users will still have search access on Tempo/Fusion and Flex
- Users SHOULD NOT MAKE CHANGES to Contacts in Tempo/Fusion after 4am. All Contacts and Saved Search changes should be made only in Flex at this point.
- Users should create new Saved Searches and Contacts in FLEX ONLY.
February 3 – Flex Goes Live – Noon
- Tempo/Fusion gone.
- All Add/Edit and Search will occur in flexmls only
- Hot Sheet will be fully functional
- Members will continue to log in with the username and password (no passwords will be overwritten if they have been set by the user)
- Automatic email events will begin to send for users who have set them up
