To assist in the TRID requirements, we have added the Brokerage License Number to the standard listing reports in MLS for all Property Types.

The brokerage license number now shows below the listing agent information at the bottom of the private versions of the CR Full and CR Full 2-Page Reports.

To accommodate this change, the showing phone number was moved slightly to the right on the private versions of standard listing reports.

The brokerage license number is the listing company’s license number and is a field that was added to Columbus REALTORS® Purchase Contract to comply with TRID requirements. This was added to listing reports on the MLS system to make it easier to reference when working with the standard Purchase Contract.

Please note that your association staff and headquarters are experiencing intermittent issues with both the phone and internet at the Columbus REALTORS® headquarters. This is a part of a larger nationwide outage for our internet providers. Once our internet providers have the issues resolved, we will remove this post from the MLS welcome screen.

The Columbus REALTORS association offices will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 4, 2017.

Office will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, September 5th.

Update 4:18pm 8/25/17: Franklin County auditor’s office has notified MLS they have resolved the issue. We have verified and it appears auditor links on reports are back to normal.
