VERY IMPORTANT: AGENT/SELLER-OWNED COMBINATION LOCKBOXES and ELECTRONIC LOCKS are now also governed by these rules! And Brokers/Designated REALTORS® are responsible to educate agents and employees under their supervision. Remember: never leave customers unattended in a listing, and replace keys in their boxes before you leave – never hand keys off to another agent!
