Safety Alert: Agent receives offensive call A female agent reported that she had received a very disgusting call from a man who said his name was Jessie James and he was looking to purchase a property in Albany, Ohio. She asked did he mean New Albany and he said yeah, but he clearly didn’t sound familiar with our area. He also said he got her number from Realtor.com and claimed to be preapproved for $250,000. During the conversation, she heard him start to pleasure himself and she hung up the phone. He called back saying he forgot to give her his email address, which he had not. Jessiejames1969@yahoo.com was the address he gave her on the initial call, and jessiejames1989@yahoo.com is the address he gave the second time he called. He called back a third time saying he was not finished. He called from (917) 634-7393. The agent asked to alert colleagues to beware if this man contacts them.
