Dues Invoices – Electronic vs. Paper The Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors recently voted to email the 1st through 3rd dues invoice notices, since only about 7 percent of members pay during the first 30 days. The 4th notice to go out in late January will be a hard-copy mailing. Your first invoice was emailed November 4th, so please check your spam and junk folders if you did not receive a dues email. Do You Want to Be on the MLS Committee? Ever think about serving on the MLS Committee? The MLS Committee is an elected committee with a limited number of seats determined by a weighted formula based on the number of MLS agents, offices, listings, and solds. The number of seats available can change each year based on this formula or elected members whose term ends. Go to this page and scroll to the bottom for more detailed information on this process. Follow these steps to throw your hat in the ring:
Your bio and resume will be presented to the MLS Nominating Committee who are selected at the Annual Business Meeting. The five selected Realtors® that serve on the Nominating Committee meet in November to select candidates. A ballot is created for the December election where only brokers vote. Members who wish to volunteer their time to serve are very much in demand by the Nominating Committee and always appreciated. Supra: No Key Updates After 3pm Tuesday – System Update Supra will be making some updates to the system starting at 3:00pm, Tuesday, Sept. 16th. Please make sure your eKey or DisplayKey is updated prior to this time, as you will not be able to update your keys while Supra is making these changes to the system. If your KEY has been updated prior to 3:00 pm Eastern time on Tuesday, September 16th, it will continue to work and open KeyBoxes while the system update is taking place. You must synchronize your Key after the system update has completed.
