Update on 8/13/2014: As of late evening on 8/12/2014 our phone service provider restored service to the 614-475-4000 association main phone number. You should be able to contact this phone number to reach Columbus REALTORS®. There continues to be an issue with the voice mail on the association’s phone system and is being worked on for resolution.

Update 8/14/2014. All voice mail issues have been resolved.

NOTE:  The MLS system is not affected by this outage. The Flexmls system is up and running.

Drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, are used by the military and police, and for mapping, rescues, border security and much more. At this time, however, REALTORS® interested in this technology need to be aware that drone usage for business purposes is restricted under U.S. Federal Aviation Administration guidelines. Commercial use of drones is only permissible on a case-by-case basis, and an FAA certificate of airworthiness is required. The National Association of REALTORS® does not recommend their use until the FAA issues clear-cut regulations governing their use in commercial situations, a different approach than today’s restricted case-by-case approval system.
