Further, all CR phone, email, and internet access is affected. If you can call in, it is possible that the call will be dropped or disconnected due to this connectivity issue. This outage is affecting email access as well. There may be email delivery delays and potential non-delivery of CR email (incoming or outgoing). If you do not get an immediate reply by phone or email, please attempt to call or email again later. Supra Functionality Restored – Manual Sync Required eKey users can now perform a manual sync to update their key. Full Supra server functionality has been restored at this time. An overnight server issue caused the automatic sync to fail. The issue has now been resolved and should function normally going forward.

Supra Update Server is Down Supra key servers were down last night. Keys did not update. Supra is currently working to resolve the problem. Display Key users: you can contact KIM Voice to obtain an update at (888) 968-4032. Smartphone eKey users: you cannot use the KIM system to update your phone. Smartphones cannot be updated until server functionality is restored. We will post the update on the MLS Welcome Screen when Supra server is back up.
