Private reports can now be emailed; requires MLS login; cannot be emailed to clients Agents now have the option to send the private reports when emailing listings. Private reports should be sent only to agents. Private reports contain sensitive, agent only information. These agent-only fields include Agent to Agent remarks, compensation and listing agent contact information. Private reports are not intended for the public. CAUTION: Private reports should be sent only to agents. MLS login is required to view the private reports. How it works: There is a new “Version” selection on the email screen. Agents can select “Private” in the drop down box. A pop-up message will appear warning the agent that MLS login is required and that private reports are for agents only. Agents may elect to send the private report link to a peer in their office or to another agent or appraiser who has MLS login credentials. REMINDER: Private report links sent in email will always require the agent to login to the MLS in order to view the report. Only MLS members have these login credentials. Private reports should never be emailed to the public. REMINDER: Private report links sent in email will always require the agent to login to the MLS in order to view the report. Public versions of the reports are always available to be emailed to the public. Public reports have been sanitized of agent-only information. The private agent-only fields mentioned above will not be visible on the public reports. The public reports do not require and MLS login. WARNING: Providing your MLS login to anyone, including a client, is a violation of MLS policy and can result in fines. The ability to email private reports was previously deactivated by the MLS committee. The volatile nature of the “agent-only” fields on the private reports was deemed too sensitive to be viewed without requiring an MLS login. FBS, our MLS vendor, has added the ability to require MLS login to view the reports. This prompted the reactivation of the private email option.

New Field & Policy Change: Showing Start Date – Repost
This is a reposting of the original announcement for the Showing Start Date field. The field originally went live on MLS December 14, 2015. This is just a reminder for those who are unfamiliar with the field. ————————————————————————————- The Showing Start Date field is now live on MLS. The field is required entry for all new and existing listings. Members are now able to promote those listings “not quite ready for showing” while still entering them in MLS. The Showing Start Date field enables members to enter an exact date when showings will begin. It is important to note that NO SHOWINGS SHOULD OCCUR FOR ANYONE prior to the Showing Start Date. New showing policy is also in place. Verbiage such as “No Showings until 12/30/2015” is allowed in the Property Description field. You may also include a reason for the delayed showings such as “new carpet being installed”. All wording in the Property Description field is still subject to MLS policies, rules and regulations. Realist – February 8, 2016 10:10am – 11:09am – RESTORED *Edit – 11:09* – CoreLogic experienced network issues this morning which affected CoreLogic applications including Realist. Thank you for your patience while the CoreLogic technical teams worked on this issue. Realist service has now been restored. *Edit – 11:06am* – We are seeing service seems to be restored, but we have not received an official update regarding their system being back in full capacity. MLS Technical Support has seen that Realist is completely unavailable at this time. This outage is unexpected and not planned maintenance. Auto-population of tax data for new listings is included in this outage. We will update this post when Realist is restored or when more information is available.
