Coronavirus: Remain Vigilant As restrictions begin to ease around the country, REALTORS® must remain vigilant in protecting their clients, their client’s properties and themselves as COVID-19 is still a serious threat. Virtual showings, meetings and open houses are one way to social distance. However, there are other unique and novel ways to successfully navigate the real estate business during these challenging, and continually evolving, circumstances. Please review the Coronavirus Guide for Realtors: https://www.nar.realtor/coronavirus-a-guide-for-realtors

Columbus REALTORS® to Reopen BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – June 25 Columbus REALTORS® will reopen to members by appointment only beginning June 25th (date has been delayed). Appointments can be made for accounting, lockbox and print shop. Masks will be required to enter the building. The original plan was to start opening the Columbus REALTORS® building on June 8. Installation was delayed for the tempered glass needed for the shields at the reception and service desks. This led to the original postponement of reopening until June 22. Further postponement is necessary as the glass for the front desk didn’t come in. New scheduled reopening is June 25. Please understand this is a short-term inconvenience to protect the long term health of both staff and members.
