Dues Deadline Delayed For those members who opted to separate payment of their dues into two installments, the deadline for your second half dues payment has been extended 60 days (from June 30 to Aug. 30). This would include local REALTOR® dues, MLS dues and eKey fee (if applicable).

You can sell your lockbox You can sell your lockbox With the temporary closure of Columbus REALTORS® offices, we are aware that many members are struggling to acquire Supra lockboxes for their listings. While the association will not be facilitating the sale or purchase of used lockboxes, we wanted to remind you that you can always sell lockboxes you are not using to other members of Columbus REALTORS®. Here is the list of those who have interest in purchasing or selling lockboxes: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ON8O_7xQ8pqN1M9hgwg0lXXd2tFK_YjYW8mabEtJDmY/edit?usp=sharing To make such an exchange official, simply fill out the form with the seller’s signature at the bottom. FYI – The price of a brand-new lockbox is typically $118.25. We ask that you be cautious, follow the guidelines that the Dept. of Health has posted, and meet in a safe place for any exchange.
