Crime Alert: Fraudulent buyer targeting female agents A REALTOR® reported that one of her female agents had received a suspicious call from a Dwayne Bergman who said he was looking to purchase a home in the area. The guy came off as a little weird and the agent felt uneasy about the conversation, so she did some searching on Facebook and found a warning from an agent in Indiana that this guy calls real estate companies targeting female agents. He calls from an Oregon number (505) 509-7236. Just want to alert agents about this guy. For this notice and more, click http://www.columbusrealtors.com/alerts/default.aspx
