Tempo/Fusion System Issues 4/9 @8:30am UPDATE There continues to be intermittent slowness system wide as well as errors including an “HTTP/1.1” white error page or reset errors. If you continue to experience errors such as “HTTP/1.1 500” or JScript error messages, you may need to empty your cache. Previous error pages may be “stuck” in your browser preventing it from displaying the page you are trying to load. Depending upon which browser you use, the exact steps to clear your cache differ slightly: – Firefox for Windows: Click ALT+T > Clear Recent History > change drop down to “Everything” > deselect all checkboxes except CACHE > Click Clear Now (close all Firefox windows, reopen) – Firefox for Mac: Click TOOLS menu > Clear Recent History > change drop down to “Everything” > deselect all checkboxes except CACHE > Click Clear Now (Close and reopen) – Internet Explorer: Click ALT+T > go to Tools > Delete Browsing History > Uncheck all but “Temporary Internet Files > Click DELETE > when complete , close and reopen Internet Explorer. MLS System DOWNTIME – UPDATE Our vendor, Corelogic/Marketlinx experienced a cooling system failure in one of their California locations yesterday starting at about 9:30a eastern. This failure affected all MLS’s nationwide that they serve for Tempo and Fusion. Since then, they have been working on properly restoring the system. As of this morning, we do see that it at least appears that the systems are somewhat up, but they are still in the process of turning on certain functionality. As such, we have seen that there are still areas that we see that do not work such as the listing details, both Realist Systems and likely other areas that have not been discovered yet. As it stands, the system will likely error out, crash or not function as expected until they fully restore service on their system. When we hear of an official response from our vendor as of when things should hopefully be working again properly, it will be posted here to the news and welcome screen of the MLS. Unexpected Downtime – FUSION & TEMPO March 31, 2013 *DOWNTIME* Reports have been confirmed from Corelogic/Marketlinx that both the Tempo and Fusion MLS systems are down nationwide for all MLS’s that are served by Corelogic/Marketlinx. This issue is the result of a failure of several servers in their California location and began roughly at 9:30 eastern. We will update when status changes for these sites.
